Is there a website which gives safety rules for a study session outside a laboratory, mainly outdoors? It should be for students and I would also like a website/section which tells about how to prepare for an accident and what to do if there is one. Thank you!

I didn't find anything specificlly but I found this. It has lab rules, safety in kitchen, on road, fire and some others. Perhaps you could put parts of these together for something.
