The 14th amendment had to do with civil rights after slavery ended. The 19th amendment permitted women to vote in all states. Although first proposed in 1868, it was not passed and ratified until 1920. There were some states where women were already voting at that time.

I say it's the 19th. My daughter says its the 14th.
We have tried to google it and are confused.
