I think that it is possible to end the conflict; just very unlikely.

But I'm confused on how to word everything into 3 sentences.

They each have their own temples and churches in the cities and do their own religion, but they just won't get past the conflict because it is just something will always be in our blood.

Most of the Israelis and the Palestinians do not worship in churches. You need to find out more about these two religious groups.

Your last sentence, " it is just something will always be in our blood." says that you are either an Israeli or a Palestinian, which I doubt. It's also a weak sentence because it doesn't explain what "it" is.

You need to do more research.
