Is anyone aware of some good links to sites which discuss and explain G-Force? I've searched but haven't come up with anything very worthwhile.Something with practice problems would be great. Thanks!

I would like to know what in the world you are asking. I have never heard of a G-Force, in physics. Is this something from science fiction?
I have an assignment to discuss what scientists are doing to reduce the g forces on astronauts and to come up with a g force problem of my own. Can you help?
This is the force due to an accelerating force, measured in equivalent accelerations compared to Earth Surface.

The cause of the force is changing movement of the spaceship. This force occurs when the spaceship is changing speed or direction. For instance, in orbit, the G-force is zero (because the accelerating force is equal to the acceleration due to gravity, so net acceleration felt is zero).

When a rocket fires retro rockets, the force will be felt.
