Nature refers to the traits and characteristics we inherit from our parents, including our genes and physical features. Nurture, on the other hand, is about the environment we grow up in, including our family, friends, culture, and experiences. Both nature and nurture play important roles in shaping who we are, but many people wonder which one has more influence on our identity. In this essay, I will explore how both inherited traits and our surroundings impact our personalities, choices, and beliefs, using examples from my own life and what I have learned.
