Hereditary info is contained within the nucleus in the chromosome inside the cell. Not the membrane itself.

yes.they do
In fact ballamoney1, they do not anchor the ribosomes in place. The ribosomes simply float around wherever they please, and when they want to, they flow into the chloroplasts. There they will perform photosynthesis and turn green.
