24/4+8/2+2
= 6+4+2
= 12

24/(4+8)/2+2
= 24/12/2+2

= 6+8/4
= 6+2
= 8

24/(4+8/(2+2))
= 24/(4+8/4)
= 24/(4+2)
= 24/6
= 4
