(Please release your Caps Lock key. When you type in all-caps online, it's considered shouting -- and sometimes it's considered rude.)
Basic English word order is this:
subject -- verb -- direct object
(John hit the baseball.)
Variations are these:
subject -- linking verb -- predicate noun or adjective
(James is a repairman.)
subject -- passive verb -- prepositional phrase
(The ball was hit by John.)
In addition to these basics, there can be all kinds of adjectives, adverbs, and phrases (and other clauses) to give more detail to the sentence.
#2 of your sentences is quite easy. Look at the very first example (basic English word order) that I gave you.
#1 has an error. It should probably be "The class discussion is on the prevention of diseases."
