In which direction has the geographic distribution of the American population shifted in the last 50 years?
A.
northeast
B.
southeast
C.
north

I'm thinking between A or B (perhaps B since I could have sworn I saw something about it in one of my lessons but I'm not sure).

Actually, I just found one sentence that states that the nation's population has generally shifted from the northeast to the southwest... but they don't say anything else so I don't know which one to pick 0_0 (A or D)
FROM the Northeast
TO the Southwest
A few years ago I knew no one in Texas. Since then a granddaughter and a young friend have moved to Texas.
