In what height the gravitational force with which earth exerts on any object in distance is 5 times smaller than the gravitational force,with which earth exerts in the same object when that object is on earth?

The distance from the center of the earth must be sqrt5 times the radius of the Earth, in order for the gravity pull to be five times less than at the surface. That would be 14,240 km from the center of the Earth, or 7860 km above the surface.
