In one of my paragraphs I am using one source. It's an online source about a case. One quote is a quote made from a judge, and the other quote is directly from the author of the article. Do I have to cite the one from the judge, cause it's quoted within the paper?

You need to cite ALL WORDS, THOUGHTS, IDEAS that have come from other people, whether you quote, summarize, or paraphrase. So, yes, you need to cite the one from the judge, as well as the other two.
