In my Latin book, adjectives are listed like this:

antiquus

antiqua

anitiquum

Do they automatically agree with the appropriate gender, when their appropriatly declined using the right declension? thank you!

You have to make sure to use the correct ending depending on the gender and number (s. or pl.) of the noun.

casa antiqua = agreement of adjective with noun
