In 3, I'd use "in."
'In' means 'no longer than a particular period of time' or 'at the end of a particular period of time.'
1. Can you finish the job in two weeks?
1-2. Can you finish the job in less than two weeks?

2. I should be there in half an hour.
2-2. I should be there at the end of half an hour.
(Are both the same?)
3. I will leave for London ____ two days.
