In any given multicultural classroom, what are the concerns in terms of social justice for all students? How would you address these concerns? Describe a strategy you might use to ensure that all students are treated equally and fairly?
Teachers must be open to their students and put the effort needed to get to their students. The teachers must also be willing to try new and different things. Teachers should not only be a teacher but be a friend to the students. Students should be allowed to come up to a teacher and say what is going on. Rather it is what is going on with their life or what is going on with school. I think teachers should consider the background and individual needs of each student. When going to school the students should feel the school is a safe place to be at and be encouraged to learn. Teachers should treat everyone the same no matter the race they are or if they have a disability or not.

You're definitely on the right track.
You've described a strategy -- being open to all students telling you what's happening in their lives.
You can turn your paragraph in and will probably earn a good grade on it. :-)
