In Act III, scenes iii and iv of Romeo and Juliet, the Nurse most likely goes to see Friar Laurence and Romeo because she is concerned about Juliet’s well-being. After Tybalt's death and Romeo's banishment, the Nurse understands that Juliet is in distress and seeks to help her by finding out what Romeo's plans are and if there is a way to reconcile the situation for Juliet's sake.
