The biggest service delivery protest in most communities is over the company Uber. The taxi drivers do not like Uber because it is taking away business from the taxi drivers.

If a person needs a ride somewhere, they no longer have to call a taxi company. Instead, they can get the app Uber and call a person to come and pick them up and take them to their desired location.

I believe Uber would be classified as a service delivery company. They provide the service of transportation and are delivering people. I think you could make a compelling argument.

All you have to do is google "debate with Uber and taxis" and you will get a ton of information. Some states are even making new laws regarding Uber. It is a very hot topic of conversation right now.
And in here in Austin, UBER is starting this month food delivery: you make your order from the resturant, UBER delivers it. Great for downtown folks, or those really busy. All on an UBER app...the resturant connection, and the delivery instructions.
I love using Uber to get to and from airports. It's a far better service than Super Shuttle, and less expensive, too!
