In a timeline, outline the advances in wireless technology. How rapidly is it improving? Wireless technology is advancing a breakneck speed. We seam to have a new jump about every decade. Wireless technology was really pushed forward with the discovery of the radio waves in 1880. This pushed us towards the discovery and implementation of then telephone. It has been a roller coaster ride since then . The 1900's we got the first wireless transatlantic message(1901), FM radios(1922), development of the ethernet and transmission(1970), and Motorola's 1G mobile phone network. The `2000's have been just as active as the 1900's and doesn't show any sign of slowing down. We got 3G in 2001, 4G in 2007 and 5G in 2018. Along side with a hole bunch of new protocols for security on all these things. There has been a huge rapid advancements with wireless technology and I for one am hear for it.
