There are only three candidates.
Isaac 4000 votes
Benoit 6000 votes
Rene 1/3 of all the votes.
Therefore Isaac and Benoit together got (1-1/3)=2/3 of all the votes.
Total number of votes =(4000+6000)/(2/3)
=?
