in a business meeting in verbal communication is more tense than in a friendship communication can someone give me an example of how verbally it is different or is it just they way we talk?

It has mostly to do with the level of formality in which we speak. In a business meeting, you would not use swear words or street slang and retain your credibility!

I hope this helps a little more. Thanks for asking.

business communication is verbally different because of the fact that in the business world you have to carry yourself a different way and speak properly. With your friends your confortable so your able to speak without thinking what and how to say what's on your mind. So to a major point it is the way we talk.
