I'm trying to figure out what the answer would be to this question... a single serving container of yogurt has a capacity of 8 ____. My choices are oz,lb, T,fl oz, c, pt, qt,or gal. I was originally thinking oz but that is weight and not capacity. Then I though maybe fl oz but didn't know if that had to only be liquid. Need some direction... thanks.

Fluid ounces is a unit of capacity. A measuring cup holds eight fluid ounces.
