Suppose the state of Montana decides to increase the volume of te dam. After the improvements, Fort Peck will hold 10 times as many cubic meters. How many cubic meters will Fort Peck hold after the improvements. What is does the m3 mean? Do I just multiply x 1000 and then by 10?

I am not quite sure what is meant by the presentation of the volume in the question. The volume of the Fort Peck Dam is 96,050,000 m^3.

If the volume increase x10 then the new volume will be

960,500,000 m^3
