I'm having a trouble with this question. "Calculate the concentration of the Solute in mol/L in :

a) 125 mL of .64M HCl diluted to 2.0L

1 answer

mole/L is what you want.
How much do you have?
0.125 L x 0.64 M = 0.195 moles.
So you have 0.195 moles/2 L = ?? moles/1 L.
