im having a hard time with polynomials it just shows shapes and i dont understand, if somebody could help that would be great :)

Which polynomial does the model represent?

The picture shows a big black square, 2 white rectangles 1 black rectangle 1 little white square and 3 little black squares

B. x^2 + x - 2

Unless we know the dimensions of the squares and rectangles, how they are arranged, and what the significance of black and white shapes are,
who knows ?
apparently white is + and black is -

big black square: -x^3
small black square: -x
rectangles: x^2 or 1
