I'm embarrassed I can't figure this out on my own but I can't so here I am. I was giving these words and told to put them in " Letter by Letter Alphabetization " I'm confused by this and don't know how to figure out which word goes first and why. Please explain it to me the best you can. I would highly appreciate it.

Among all those with "Ha" at the beginning, which will obviously be 3rd?

Then "Hay" will come before "Haygarths ..." Do you understand why?

Of the two "He" words, which will be 1st and which will be 2nd?
