I'm doing Math called "Advanced Inequalities: 3 Terms III"

I watched how they explained to do the math and understood it pretty well. But now I don't understand the Equations it's giving me. The one I have right now is this:
78 ≥ __ < 46
So it's Greater than or equal to 78, but also less than 46??? Please help me I don't know if this is very easy and it's just not working in my brain, or if it's actually just hard.

The reason you are confused is the fact that there are no numbers that
fit this condition.

A good way to show it is by way of a number line.
Place the 46 on a suitably scaled number line and draw a line to the left
(to show all numbers less than 46). Place the 78 on the the number line and
draw a line to the right, including the 78 (to show the numbers ≥ 78)

Now which numbers would be to the
left of 46 AND to the right of 79 ? NONE

But,
which numbers would be to the left of 46 OR to the right of 79 ? You would have
quite a few, right?

So the key to these kind of questions is the choice of AND or OR.

Btw, I noticed the bot, who usually answered within a second , has not
responded to your problem.
I am a real person.
thank you so much!
