I'm doing a lesson plan for preschoo children and it says sensory expirences and im not sure what that means can anyone please help?

Sensory experiences are those that involve one or more of our five senses -- hearing, tasting, tactile, seeing, smelling.

One of my favorite sensory expeditions is to walk (barefooted) through foods... beans, mashed potatoes, jello, crushed ice, Kids have to be blindfolded.
