I didn't find much either. It's unlikely anyone used radio as a source of entertainment then. I believe the first entertainment broadcasts occurred in the late 20s. Probably most entertainment occurred in the neighborhoods and villages in taverns or local festivals. Germany put so much into the war effort that there was no money or interest in entertainment, sports, or fashions.
Here are the more pertinent sites I found. The most fascinating is the Christmas celebration, including soccer matches with both Germans and English troops participating.

I'm currently doing a research project (newspaper/magazine) and I have to write a article on entertainment, sports, and fasion in WWI Germany.
Although, I'm having trouble finding these things as it seems there wasn't much entertainment during the war, probably just the radio. As for fashion and sports, I can't find anything on those.
So, can you guys help me research more on these topics? If not, provide information and I'll use it as a source for my bibliography.

Yeah, I agree with your statement about Germany. Going to be hard to come up with a section for entertainment and fashion. I'll try to fit that Christmas Truce as a sports article. Thanks a lot for showing that :D. Anymore more advice would be appreciated!
Check with your teacher and see if you could do an article about the Christmas celebration in the trenches. It shows that people (especially young people) will try to find entertainment no matter what the conditions are.
I just checked to see if Oktoberfest might have been an entertainment -- but it was cancelled during WWI in Germany.
