If you could throw a snowball so that it travels at 75 centimeters a second, how long will it take to hit the target that it is 15 meters away?

15 metres is 1500 cm.
So what is 1500/75 ?
This is a silly question. The snowball would have hit the ground long before it traveled 15 m due to gravity. The speed of 75 cm/s is way too slow.
