As the school year comes to a close, I have had the opportunity to reflect on my experience with the Virtual Learning Institute. Overall, I have found that virtual learning works well for me in certain aspects. I appreciate the flexibility it offers, allowing me to complete my assignments at my own pace and schedule. This has been beneficial for me as I have been able to balance my school work with other commitments.
However, I do miss the in-person interactions and sense of community that come with attending school in person. I find that I thrive in a classroom setting, where I can actively engage with my peers and teachers. I miss the discussions, group projects, and extracurricular activities that are an integral part of the traditional school experience.
In the future, I would prefer to have a mix of virtual and in-person learning. I believe that a combination of both could offer the best of both worlds - the flexibility of virtual learning and the social aspect of in-person schooling. Ultimately, I believe that the Virtual Learning Institute has been a valuable experience for me, but I look forward to returning to in-person learning in the future.
If you are 100% finished with this class, reflect on this past school year and describe if the Virtual Learning Institute works for you or if you prefer to go to school in-person and why.
