You forgot just two, but's that okay:
1+6=6
6+1=6

22/36, reduced down equals 11/18.
But with the two that you missed, it equals 13/18.

Sorry that I omitted 2. However, that would bring it to 24/36 = 12/18 = 2/3. If we omitted another two, it would be 26/36 = 13/18.
