If there was an eight year old boy who wasn't get enough to eat and was not eating nutritious foods, what kinds of things would be wrong with him? What things would be wrong in his blood tests?

This is what I'm thinking:
- prolonged hunger
- depression: reduced levels of carbohydrates results in less serotonin regulation
- fatigue: due to reduced calorie intake
- irritability
- muscle atrophy: muscle being broken down for energy (ATP)
- anemia: low iron levels
- fainting
- malnutrition
- constipation: due to lack of food in-take particularly fibre-rich foods
- lowered metabolism
- weight loss

I think maybe his iron could be low. Maybe his blood sugar but im not too sure why. I'm not too sure what else would be affected
