30 - (-10) = 30 + 10 = 40
Since you just add a constant to C to get K...
Then the difference should be 40 here too.
If the temperature of ice cream increases from -10 Celsius to 30 Celsius what is the increase in temperature in units of Degrees Celsius and Kelvin?
I am confused on the wording of this but the formula for Kelvin is K=C+273.15
What do I input for C?? Do I put 40?

For C you would enter both -10 and 30 find K in each case and take the difference. As I said above, it should be 40.
