Orion is the next biggie to rise. If you want a zodiac constellation, it would be Gemini.
Actually Taurus is NOT rising at sunset right now (about Sept 1). Pegasus and Pisces have that distinction.

You might like to check out a "star wheel"; it has all the constellations for the particular hemisphere on it, and a wheel that you turn to the correct date and time. It will show you which constellations are visible at that time.
