If tank of 10m height is filled half what will be pressure at bottom of tank

what is the weight of a column of fluid ?

weight=massdensity*area*height *9.8N/kg

pressure=weight/area=massdensity*9.8 *10

so, put in the massdensity of whatever you have filled it with, in kg/m^3, and you have it.
