if S_7^4 f(x)dx=3

find S_(-1)^2 4xf(x^(2)+3)dx
*S

2 answers

I assume you mean ∫[4,7] f(x) dx = 3
Note that if g(x) = f(x^2+3) then dg/dx = 2x df/dx using the chain rule
So now you want ∫2 dg = 2g

Not sure what S_(-1)^2 is supposed to mean, but maybe you can work it out from here.
yes that what i mean
and i know that the answer is -6 but i want to know what is steps of answer
