If P(A) =7/36, P(B) =1/6, and P(A and B) = 0, what can you say about P(A or B)?
Would the answer be 13/16? I am just guessing. I am assuming we have to find a commond denominator and then add?

If the probability of both together is 0 (no intersection), then they are independent of each other. Then indeed you just add the two. However I get 13/36.
