If milk is refrigerated in containers of glass, plastic and cardboard, in which container to you believe the milk will have the most increase in lactic acid?

It is not the contantainer as much as the opening to pour out the milk, how effective is reseal? There are many different "caps" and that is the source of bacteria entering.
