If it is 6 am at 30 degrees W what time is it at 120 degrees? I thoughtit was 1 am, but Sue said to subtract 30 minus 120 and divide by 15. this would make it 6. Do I subtract 6 hours from 6 am making it 12:00 am? Please clarify
It's earlier the further west you go. Still, there are time zones and they don't follow longitude lines exactly. Anyway sounds like 12 AM is likely the required answer. Example: Its 11:59 PM in New York now and 9:59 PM in Idaho.
