If I wanted to write a speech that was going to be 10 minutes long, How long does the page have to be?, How many pharagraphs do I have to write?, How many pages do I have to write?

That depends on many things. How many words do you type on a page? How many words do you speak in a minute?

Instead of obsessing about the length, I urge you to do the research about your subject and write your speech. Then read it out loud. Do you need to add more? Do you need to shorten it?
