Do you want to convert a volume to a length? or do you want cubic centimeters. If the latter, the easiest way is to go to google.com and type in
xxx cubic picometers to cubic centimeters where xxx is the number of cubic pm, and hit the enter key.

Well ok, here is my problem:

Calculate the radius of the sphere in the previous problem in centimeters. Note that the volume of a sphere is (4/3)pir3, where r is the radius.

The volume of the sphere in the last problem was 631.7 L, or 6.32x10^35 cubic picometers. I'm not sure which one I need to convert.

631.7 L = (4/3)pi*r3.
You have all the numbers.
I would convert 631.7 L x (1000 cc/1 L) = ?? cc (cubic centimeters) and r then comes out in cm just by doing the math.
