if g(x)= 5x^6-3/x^2, find the 3rd and 5th derivative of the function. Pls help!

1 answer

g(x) = 5x^6 - 3x^-2
Just apply the power rule 3 times to get

g(3)(x) = 5(6*5*4x^3) - 3(-2)(-3)(-4)x^-5
= 600x^3 - 72x^-5

Now take that two more steps for g(5)(x)
