just plug and chug.
g(x) = x-2
so, g(h(x)) = h(x)-2 = √x - 2
f(g(h(x))) = g(h(x))^4+6 = (√x - 2)^4 + 6
The x is just a place holder. You can replace it with whatever you want.
If f(x)=x^4+6, g(x)=x-2 and h(x)=sqrt(x), then f(g(h(x)))=
