If air contains 78% of nitrogen by volume, what is the solubility of nitrogen in water at 25 degree cencius and 1atm (KH for N2 in H2O at 25 degree cencius 7( 10^-4 mol/L, atm

For temperature you MUST mean celsius.
C = kP where C is concentration in mols/L and P is partial pressure of N2 in air.
PN2 = 0.78 x 1 atm = 0.78 atm
C = 7E-4 * 0.78 = ?
