I do not think you copied this question carefully. I can not do it without knowing if the 45 degrees is up or down and the magnitude of that velocity.
As the second half of the question makes clear, it is impossible to compute "impact force" without knowing the springiness of the ground. Force = mass times acceleration. If it hits a hard surface, the force is large because the change in velocity happens fast.
