What problems have you seen in your workplace or organization? Have bosses/teachers seemed to play favorites? Do the employees/students receive positive recognition for their accomplishments? Do some employees/students habitually arrive late or call in sick? Is money wisely spent or is it wasted? If your workplace deals with the public, do the employees treat customers politely and with respect? Are the customers' needs being met?

I'm sure you can think of other problems in a workplace or organization.
