Iceland uses a voltage of 220v instead of of the US 110v. So you fly to Iceland with a box of bulbs ,that has been assorted with 30, 60 and 90 Watt light bulbs.U connect it through icelandic electrical socket. The fact that u 'll actually be using AC current will affect neither the equation used nor your answer.

HINT: The light bulbs filaments' length , area, and resistivity do not change when connected to the generator.

So what is the question?

Power= V^2/R so if V is doubled, power is quadrupled in the same resistance.
Sorry for writing the incomplete question.
But yeah..it is how much power do your 30, 60, 90 watt light bubls use when connected to icelandic electrical sockets?
