I varied the sentences considering the students' point of view. Thank you very much for your advice
They will be able to:
1)be familiar with the necessary linguistic structures to operate in a global study environment by taking a mainstream GE (General English) course with the addition of a lexical and skills syllabus of the terms used to describe aquatic biodiversity.
2)explain, interpret, exchange and finally compare the results of their experiments in English both in its written and oral forms.
3) write reports about the results of their findings
4)reinforce (??) their reading skills which they will need to analyze and interpret data derived from different types of sources such as WebPages, books, scholarly journals and large databases.
