I urgently need to check this summary of a newspaper article. As I don’t know much of economy, I’d like you to check the use of words. Thank you very much.

1) Chinese economical and political influence is rising in Europe. Examples of its growth are the ownership of many city group buildings by the CIC or the purchase of thousands of m2 (square metres??) of office space.
2) This Chinese invasion scares not only Europeans but also Americans and Canadians. Politicians believe that Chinese capitals are an opportunity to solve the critical financial situation of Greece, Spain and Portugal.
3) Not only governments but also firms, like Saab, need Chinese capitals. Though China is not going to destroy the European economy, many believe that Europe (it) will be affected by the consequences of the Chinese invasion sooner than America.
4) Chinese are more likely to deal with Europe than with America, which denied China the purchase of an oil company. 5) As a matter of fact, European companies need money from China. On the other hand, Chinese companies are boosted (encouraged) to enlarge their investment-portfolio.

Spell out "CIC" -- you can't assume your reader will know what you're referring to -- or use the phrasing I changed this to.
Also -- there's a difference between "economic" and "economical" --

In this case, you mean "capital" (all the money that is being poured into European businesses) not "capitals" (cities where governments are centered.
