I understand that I have to use newtons laws of motion but I don't really get how to aplly them to this problem. Please help.
An aircraft with a mass of 11000kg moving at constant speed and altitude is powered by propellers and experiences drag from air. The thrust is 225kN and the drag force is 10V2.
Calculate the aircrqafts speed in level flight.

net force=mass*acceleration
acceleration is zero.
net force=0
thrust=dragforce
225kN=10V^2
solve for V
acceleration is zero.
net force=0
thrust=dragforce
225kN=10V^2
solve for V

I was forgetting that it was kN so I was using 225 instead of 225000! The answer is 150m/s, am I right? If I am right thanks for your help, if not I need more.
