i think I know the answer to this question but could u please explain it to me
how much smaller is the digit in the thousands place than the digit in the ten thousands place in the number 55,512

is the answer 10. could u help explain it

In the thousands place, the 5 means 5,000
In the ten thousands place the 5 means 50,000

So, it is ten times as small
